MSL Compressor Co., Ltd. announced that its air compressors and containment fill stations have been recognized for their superior performance, leading to a Third-Party Unit Price Contract for Excellent Products with the Public Procurement Service (PPS).

The products designated as PPS Excellent Products are the Breathing Air Compressor and the Containment Fill Station used for self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) cylinders.

The Breathing Air Compressor is a machine that intakes atmospheric air, compresses it to ultra-high pressure, and purifies it into safe, breathable air. It features an integrated triple-structure purification system that increases filtration efficiency and reduces costs. Crucially, its safety is secured by features that protect the device and air purity even if a filter is damaged, and a defective/damaged filter detection function. The compressor has also been certified for over 800 hours of durability and explosion safety at four times the design pressure (120 MPa).

The Containment Fill Station is a custom-built product designed to protect users in the event that a cylinder ruptures or explodes while being charged with ultra-high-pressure (300 bar) breathable air. Constructed in a cabinet form using steel plates over 6mm thick, it features a front heavy-duty door with an automatic locking mechanism for user protection and the capacity for four-port simultaneous charging. The enclosure is certified for its ability to safely dissipate the force of an explosion, with an explosion pressure rating of over 37.2 MPa, ensuring no deformation or tipping upon detonation.

MSL Compressor's compression technology is consistently purchased and used by high-tech corporations and institutions both domestically and internationally—including Hyundai Motor, Kia Motors, Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, POSCO Group, U.S. Forces Korea, and the Korea Gas Safety Corporation—proving its superior performance and safety. In addition to compression, the company's core purification technology for compressed gas and air positions it as a leader in the high-purity, high-pressure gas compressor sector.
